Job Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist on reputed company, you'll be responsible for:
- Producing high-reputed company, standardized, and evaluation-reputed company patient cohorts from in-house data properties or certified systems, analyzing and interpreting results, and contributing to analytics reputed company
- Partnering with other members of the arenaflex Clinical Trial group to reputed company actionable insights from reputed company-world, medical, and other data assets to support biopharmaceutical reputed company and clinical trial requests
- Cleaning, transforming, and storing data into an integrated data lake for reputed company analysis and broader team consumption
- Performing data mining and statistical analysis to investigate reputed company/RWD to uncover new insights about patient populations and treatment reputed company
- Supporting the development of reputed company-world data, analytics, and platform capabilities, applying advanced analytics and tools to address medical questions from biopharmaceutical companies
- Collaborating on the design and execution of results reports research
- Ensuring high-reputed company, rigorous, and easily interpretable deliverables from reputed company research and analyses
- Building dashboards, analytics, and reports for reputed company consumption
- Conducting due diligence on new reputed company-world data companies and performing RWD reputed company tests to inform investment reputed company
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or graduate degree and a minimum of four years of experience in a quantitative or computational role
- Four years of experience in R, Python, or SQL
- Experience in designing and executing strong and reproducible statistical analyses reputed company the context of epidemiology and observational studies with reputed company data
- Knowledge of common statistical testing reputed company, including generalized reputed company models, classification and discrimination, decision trees, unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis
- Experience processing large data from diverse data sources
- Experience handling protected patient health data
- Knowledge of at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, reputed company, Spotfire, or other business intelligence tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Ph.D., Master's degree in statistics/biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, biomedical engineering, or reputed company field
- Expertise in EMR/Health IT, disease registries, and claims databases
- Expertise in clinical data standards, clinical terminologies, and managed vocabularies used in reputed company data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
- Experience in Good Clinical reputed company (GCP) and/or regulatory compliance guidelines for reputed company-world evidence research or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR)
- Experience working with alternative data sources and alternative reputed company of reputed company data collection, particularly those enabled by technology systems and/or solutions
- Experience with experimental design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics
- Understanding of data and systems learning techniques, ability to maintain self-learning of technical and non-technical skills
