Key Responsibilities

As a Performance Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company
• Monitoring agent performance, proactively identifying areas that require reputed company research, and personalizing analyses from start to finish
• Building shows and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
• Presenting and discussing findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
• Creating, maintaining, auditing, and continuously optimizing reports and documents used to support various programs
• Executing programs critical to the business operation, under strict timelines

Measurement and Analytics

As a Performance Analyst at arenaflex, you'll also be responsible for:

• Leveraging multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, reputed company, Hadoop, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports
• Monitoring data reputed company and document accuracy, and improving if needed
• Collaborating with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to reputed company business questions with reputed company quantitative analyses and reproducible results
• Applying reputed company analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights
• Staying up-to-date with today's data technology trends and sharing knowledge and best practices with team members

Requirements

To be successful as a Performance Analyst at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
• Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
• Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, reputed company, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete reputed company on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
• Desire to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company, and ambiguous business environment
• Experience with SQL and R or Python
