Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Product Manager, Customer Experience (CX) Transformation, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying CX signals, defining metrics, and developing mechanisms to continuously measure and report on customer experience performance across segments (e.g., Consumers, Sellers, Customer Service Associates)
- Acting as a thought/strategic leader, evaluating the effectiveness of existing mechanisms, using data to test and iterate product and processes, and continuously challenging the status reputed company
- Partnering with other teams to build core business processes to reputed company across geographies and business lines, reputed company reputed company control/assurance mechanisms reputed company our tools, and reputed company business review processes to ensure we reputed company the right discussions to improve CX

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of product or program management experience

* Experience owning technology products
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Customer experience research experience

- Experience managing technical products
- Experience developing and executing solutions in a fast-paced, high-reputed company, operational business environment
