About the Role

As a Customer Engineer - Exchange, you'll be a key technical resource for our reputed company customers in the legacy reputed company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance to our customers
• Previewing new technology before others in the industry and learning how to reputed company the best use of it
• Visiting customers to train them and reputed company industry and development expertise
• Building strong customer relationships and ensuring deliveries reputed company with customer reputed company and milestones

Required Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

• A deep understanding of Exchange server architecture (2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019) and Exchange Online
• Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server (2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019) and Exchange Online
• Experience in designing and implementing services of MS Exchange server (2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019) such as High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail reputed company, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting & Logging, Mailbox migrations both on-prem and reputed company
• Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, providing best reputed company recommendations, guidance on clients, and supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management
• Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations
• Deep understanding of SMTP
• Experience and skills with Failover Clustering
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Proven reputed company record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is between $95,000- $125,000 annually, depending on factors such as geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
