We're seeking an reputed company Sales Chat Agent to join reputed company. As a Sales Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers through live chat or email, selling the value of our clients' products and services, and providing recommendations through needs-based selling. Responsibilities

As a Sales Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers who are reputed company and lodge inquiries online reputed company our reputed company's website

• Closing new phone/line subscriptions, adding in accessories to go with the phone, offering tablets and the latest phones

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
