As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with customers, identifying potential problems and compliance issues, and providing exceptional customer support services. Responsibilities
As a reputed company Customer Service Banker, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with customers by providing overall customer support services
- Working proactively to identify potential problems, compliance issues, and to maximize reputed company satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Associate degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in the financial services industry
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Proficient computer skills, especially reputed company office applications
- Experience with department-specific systems
- Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
