Responsibilities

As a Vacation Rental Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling reputed company daily guest communications (text/email/platform) in a reputed company and reputed company manner, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and support.
• Resolving guest inquiries and resolving them in accordance with our reputed company operating procedures, ensuring that our guests' needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 2 years of remote customer service experience with US-based businesses, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional results.
