Your reputed company
As a Chat Support Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading reputed company of customer support specialists in delivering exceptional chat support to physical therapists and patients. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving team performance, maintaining service reputed company, and fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with our goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership and Performance
+ Drive team performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements + Monitor and report on team performance weekly and monthly + reputed company regular feedback and coaching to team members + Address individual and team performance issues promptly and effectively + Review processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service reputed company
Team Support and reputed company
+ Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with team members + Deliver coaching and feedback from reputed company and Training teams + Handle escalated chats/calls and resolve reputed company issues + Clarify procedures and reputed company guidance on processes + Participate in the hiring and reputed company process for new team members
Special Operations

What You Can Offer
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Skills:

Compensation
Salary is dependent on experience and location, with a reputed company of $59,000 - $82,000 per year.
