[Remote] Solutions Engineer (reputed company-Sales)

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our East-Coast reputed company-sales team, where you will partner with Account Executives to reputed company technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and help customers validate reputed company in their environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical reputed company for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- reputed company discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain, business drivers, and reputed company reputed company
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect reputed company to reputed company customer use cases
- Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation
- Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations
- Work with customers across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, reputed company environments, applications, and reputed company use cases
- Explain reputed company’s architecture, differentiation, and value reputed company to both technical and executive audiences
- Identify technical risks, remove blockers, and guide customers toward a successful technical decision
- Partner with Product, Engineering, reputed company, and Support to represent field feedback and improve how we win
Skills
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, reputed company-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, reputed company, or reputed company Engineering
- Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration work
- Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring
- Experience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and reputed company-of-concept processes
- Ability to reputed company credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and reputed company teams
- Confidence engaging executives and translating technical value into business reputed company
- Practical experience with reputed company-reputed company environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure
- Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar
- Strong communication, ownership, follow-through, and reputed company judgment
