Position reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Spanish-speaking Medical Assistant to support our remote telehealth operations. This role involves reputed company patient communication, intake, documentation support, and care coordination under physician supervision. This is a flexible, part-time role with variable hours depending on patient demand. Ideal candidates are comfortable working independently in a remote setting while following reputed company workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company patient intake, including:
- Chief complaint
- Medical history updates
- Medication reconciliation
- Communicate effectively with patients in Spanish and English
- Support providers during telehealth reputed company:
- Documentation assistance
- Coordinate follow-reputed company, referrals, and patient instructions
- Assist with scheduling and patient communication (calls, messages)
- Accurately document reputed company interactions in the EMR
- Follow established clinical workflows and escalation protocols
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and patient-centered communication
Qualifications (Required)
- Prior experience as a Medical Assistant (1+ years preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Experience using electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under physician supervision and follow protocols
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment

- Experience with multiple EMR systems
- Telehealth or remote care experience

- Familiarity with:

Schedule & Availability
