A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, anticipating and addressing customer concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
Primary Responsibilities
* Respond to 60-80 incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits
- Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company while documenting required information in computer systems
- Occasionally reputed company outbound calls to customers for follow-reputed company
- reputed company exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of customer service experience, which includes providing service over the phone
- Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office: reputed company Word (ability to reputed company and navigate a word document) and reputed company reputed company (ability to reputed company and navigate a spreadsheet)
- Ability to attend 3-4 weeks of training with 100% attendance
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST from reputed company - Saturday. During peak season and reputed company deemed necessary by business needs, you will be required to work occasional overtime including a 6th day and one (1) weekend day shift.

- Health Care/Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design)
Telecommuting Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
