Key Responsibilities
As an External Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to content/external teams in reputed company to use of content tools, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues
- Creating reference materials and providing training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, ensuring they're equipped to use our tools effectively
