Position reputed company
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the reputed company line to our Spanish-speaking customers, providing exceptional customer service while reputed company and accurately submitting their orders. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing questions, and providing top-notch support to our clients. Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders
- Address questions, and reputed company exceptional customer service
- Input order information into the appropriate reputed company order screen
- Document reputed company conversations with clients into reputed company information database
- Ensure reputed company assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
- Contact case managers reputed company telephone, email, and/or fax reputed company a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
- Work quickly and reputed company without making the reputed company feel rushed
- Collaborate with reputed company to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- High school degree or GED
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Previous knowledge and experience using the reputed company Office suite (Word/reputed company/Outlook)

- Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
- Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
- Must have a wired internet reputed company using an ethernet port

Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of previous call center experience
- Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures

* Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
