What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring, and managing reputed company of customer support representatives, fostering a reputed company and reputed company team environment.
• Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer support team.
• Monitoring and evaluating team performance through key metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to support representatives.
