We're seeking an reputed company and customer-reputed company Retail Customer Service Associate to join reputed company. As a key member of our retail store team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on printing, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions, and driving sales reputed company through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and reputed company solutions to meet customer needs

• reputed company parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels

• Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent education

• 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
