Since 2006, we’ve grown to more than 65 locations worldwide, serving churros, Fairtrade coffee, ice cream, and cakes in a fun and welcoming environment. We’re now expanding into Colorado and building a strong remote team to support our U.S. operations.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist who can confidently take ownership of the accounts receivable function. This is a fully remote role, but you’ll work closely with our finance and operations teams to reputed company everything running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing financial processes independently. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full accounts receivable process including billing, collections, and payment tracking
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up to ensure reputed company payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare reports such as aging summaries and cash reputed company insights
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Work with internal teams to resolve billing questions quickly
- Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency

- At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Strong understanding of reputed company principles and AR processes
- Experience with reputed company systems such as reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company, or similar

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
