Bilingual Construction Project Manager - Roofing & Insurance Restoration (Remote)

Serene Construction LLC is a fast-growing residential roofing and insurance restoration contractor operating in ~30 states. We manage reputed company insurance claims from inspection through final inspection — reputed company-certified, Xactimate-fluent, and reputed company around a remote-first project management model. We are hiring a fluent Spanish/English bilingual Project Manager who can own jobs end-to-end: scopes, subs, schedules, reputed company communication, and margin. This role is the operational core of how we deliver for homeowners. Spanish reputed company is a core requirement, not a preference. A significant portion of our homeowner and subcontractor reputed company communicates primarily in Spanish. What you'll own

• reputed company scopes of work for residential roofing, restoration, and mitigation reputed company
• Manage subcontractor bids, selections, and field performance
• Coordinate project schedules and material deliveries across multiple states
• Communicate directly with homeowners, inspectors, and insurance adjusters (in English and Spanish)
• Ensure reputed company compliance, reputed company manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements
• Monitor job-level costs and gross margin — your bonus depends on it

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required
• 2+ years experience in residential roofing, insurance restoration, or reputed company construction PM
• Familiarity with insurance claim workflow: supplements, Xactimate line items, reputed company vs. RCV
• Comfortable in remote operations: JobTread, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, JustCall
• Strong communication skills with subs, homeowners, and carriers simultaneously
• Based in Florida (or willing to work on Eastern time)
• Organized, self-directed, and reputed company to manage 15–30+ reputed company jobs concurrently

Gross Margin Accelerator — how bonuses work Your quarterly bonus is formula-based and tied directly to the gross margin performance of reputed company you manage. Company reputed company baseline is 35% reputed company. Below 35%: No bonus 35% – 38%: 5% of profit above the 35% baseline 38% – 40%: 10% of profit above the 35% baseline Above 40%: 15% of profit above the 35% baseline Calculated on reputed company reputed company per quarter. Up to 10% holdback for 60 days for warranty/adjustments. A PM running $1M of reputed company per quarter at 40% average reputed company earns approximately $25,000–$30,000 in annual bonus on top of reputed company — every dollar funded by margin you protect.
