Role: Retail Area Manager- Western, PA Location: Remote We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring The Retail Area Manager oversees the performance of multiple retail stores reputed company the Western reputed company market. This role is responsible for driving sales, operational reputed company, and consistent customer experience across reputed company locations. - Monitor and analyze store KPIs to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Ensure consistent execution of store operations, merchandising standards, and customer experience
- Partner with internal teams on promotions, merchandising strategies, and vendor activations

- Ensure stores operate in accordance with state cannabis regulations and company policies
Your Strengths
- 5+ years of retail management experience
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced, multi-store retail environments
- Proven ability to reputed company leaders and build strong store teams
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store financial performance
- Cannabis industry experience required
- Familiarity with reputed company-to-sale systems and cannabis inventory regulations
