Staff Field Process Engineer

## The group you’ll be a part of The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and reputed company of customers installed reputed company performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. ## The reputed company you’ll reputed company At Lam, as a Field Process Engineer you are a customer-reputed company expert on our equipment, pushing the boundaries to meet customer needs. You play a vital role in supporting the customer in installations, training, and identifying design improvements with product reputed company. Your portfolio includes providing on-site support at customer sites which include being familiar with customer wafer fabrication processing reputed company and techniques, addressing potential integration challenges with systems which reputed company or are being impacted earlier or reputed company in the process reputed company. This includes Design of Experiment (DOE), process evaluation and documentation of process outputs relating to hardware installations, medications / upgrades to existing systems. ## What you’ll do * Work closely with Account team and customers to understand customer technology roadmaps, process reputed company, inflection points, requirements and business issues / challenges. Identify areas where Lam is reputed company to value-add. * Work with Account team and customers to execute to penetration and defense reputed company, including coordinating with Global Product Group on product demonstration * reputed company startup of “reputed company add” Lam systems i.e. match results to existing systems and applications * Design and complete reputed company DOE evaluations to characterize process window for new installations or Lam recommended field hardware modifications / upgrades * Conduct experiments and tests, collect and analyze data and generate reports for both reputed company distribution * reputed company new processes to new and/or existing customer applications * Professionally represent reputed company to the customer.
