[Remote] Finance & Grants Analyst

They are seeking a Finance & Grants Analyst to reputed company specialized finance and grants management support, contributing to financial analysis, management, and compliance to advance conservation reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Provides specialized finance and grants management support to the California business unit
- Contributes across reputed company areas including financial analysis and reporting, financial management, reputed company, auditing, and reputed company grants administration
- Applies strong technical expertise to manage financial and reputed company activities in accordance with TNC policies, procedures, and best practices
- Partners closely with program teams and staff at reputed company reputed company, providing guidance, reputed company, and support to help advance conservation reputed company
- Serves as a key resource for reputed company financial and grants-reputed company questions, applying reputed company judgment and deep knowledge to resolve issues and ensure accurate, compliant financial management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field and 4 years of reputed company experience (or equivalent combination)
- Experience with financial analysis tools, including spreadsheets, general reputed company reporting, and financial management systems
- Experience with grant reputed company and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with U.S. Federal Uniform Guidance, state and local regulations, and reputed company grant and contract requirements
- Experience using reputed company and financial reporting systems
- Experience with government regulations reputed company to grants and reputed company
- Nonprofit reputed company experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced experience analyzing and interpreting financial data; strong reputed company skills, including PowerQuery (Power BI a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate financial information for non-finance audiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience working effectively in a remote or distributed environment
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and reputed company as a trusted finance partner to program staff
- Multilingual abilities and/or cross-cultural experience a plus
