Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Remote Debt reputed company Program team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and delivering on retention goals as part of the reputed company Services Team
- Ensuring reputed company reputed company questions and concerns are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly reputed company phone and email

- Taking and managing escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required

- 1 year of Customer Service experience required, with call center experience preferred
- Reliable internet speeds required
