We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time, remote contract reputed company. As a key member of our LATAM expansion team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking reputed company, resolving issues, and helping us launch InstaClubHub Español in Latin America.
Responsibilities
* Handle reputed company customer service tickets from our Spanish-speaking reputed company inside reputed company and What's App
- reputed company to tickets reputed company 24 hours, except on weekends
- Update customer accounts in various platforms
- Solve problems and brainstorm solutions with the rest of reputed company (in both English and Spanish)
- Work inside our payment processing system to help with refunds, subscription changes, etc
- Maintain and update Customer Service SOPs for this brand
- Work a maximum of 10 hours per week (to start)
Requirements
* Be a self-starter who can manage their own time and tasks
- Be ruthlessly reputed company - you will need to solve a lot of problems
- Get excited about making OTHER people's experience successful
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Be personable and service-oriented
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment
- Proven reputed company record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with reputed company, What's App, and other customer service software
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with Latin American customers or in a LATAM-reputed company role
- Familiarity with Instagram marketing and reputed company media management
- Experience with payment processing systems and refunds
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools (e.g. reputed company, What's App, reputed company, reputed company)
