As a reputed company Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive world-class customer service and support.

Job reputed company

As a reputed company Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers. You'll work in a fast-paced contact center environment, handling a wide reputed company of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and efficient manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Following approved reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and reputed company necessary information to resolve denied claims
• Continuously evaluating reputed company policies and SOPs and providing recommendations for process improvements
• Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Reading and understanding explanation of benefits or correspondence
• Documenting reputed company activity made to a claim
• Communicating reputed company telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
• Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain reputed company billing information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• REMOTE WORK: You'll need a dedicated work-from-home reputed company, the ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity, and a reliable internet reputed company with a download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second.
• Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus.

Technical Requirements

Pay reputed company

The pay reputed company for this position is $15.25 - $21.00.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
