As a Part-Time Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be a critical reputed company between customers and our reputed company reputed company. Your primary function will be to communicate crucial details to customers regarding the value of our services and match them with the right services to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for updating clients on upcoming offers and packages, providing outstanding customer service, and updating internal databases with critical details and special requests from homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
* Outbound calling and emailing to follow up on previous service to ensure Trusted Service reputed company
- Update clients on upcoming offers and packages to help improve their Home and Life reputed company
- Update internal database with critical details and special requests from homeowners

- Meet or exceed daily call volume targets, with a minimum of 50 new customer contacts per day

Requirements
