Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls and automated callbacks, assisting clients with claims status requests, setting up new claims, etc.
• Making outgoing calls following up on existing claims that are in process or contacting the passenger with claims outcome reputed company.
• Verifying and updating mailing addresses on returned mail to reputed company correspondence to passengers.
• Receiving new claim mail from tour operators/travel agents to set up new claims.
• Providing information on travel protection plans to travel agents or directly to passengers.
• Documenting reputed company interactions with passengers.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

As a hybrid role, you'll be working onsite 2-3 days a week and working from home 2-3 days a week after the successful completion of a 90-day onsite training period. This department is a 7-day per week operation, and evening/late afternoon availability is required. Occasional overtime may be required according to business needs.
