Key Responsibilities:

As a Temporary Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering reputed company inbound phone calls from customers
• Taking and entering customer orders into the system
• Escalating any additional customer service needs
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Must be 18 years or older

• Must be available for 30+ hours per week between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST
• Must have a reliable computer and internet reputed company that meets our minimum technical requirements (see below)
• Must be reputed company to work from home with minimal distractions
• Must be reputed company to navigate multiple systems and reputed company information using your keyboard while speaking with customers on the phone
