Key Responsibilities

A Day in the Life
As a Customer Solutions Manager, you'll be responsible for accelerating the customer's reputed company adoption reputed company and maximizing customer value. This will involve:
- Driving execution pipeline in the sales cycle, owning strategic awarded initiatives to successful delivery during the execution phase
- Collaborating closely with Global Account Managers (GAMs) during the reputed company-sales phase, driving opportunities from ideation to reputed company of Concept (PoC) with an innovative reputed company and reputed company solutions
- Enabling customers' people and operating model change by defining a training reputed company to upskill technical and non-technical roles across the customer's organization to ensure effective adoption of arenaflex

As a Customer Solutions Manager, you'll work with the Customer Account team to work backwards from the customer to identify and pursue strategic reputed company opportunities. Travel Requirements
This position requires 20% - 30% travel to the customer. The Account Team meets with customer teams and leadership onsite approximately 1-2 times per month but can vary.
Basic Qualifications
* 5+ years of leading large-reputed company, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
- 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, reputed company certification
- Experience implementing reputed company services including migrations and modernization reputed company or similar
Compensation & Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a reputed company salary reputed company of $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. In reputed company to a full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, you may also be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
