We're seeking an reputed company Customer Experience Analyst to join our core development team and contribute to the launch of new technology at customer locations. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class shopping experience, obsess about our customers, and reputed company in a constantly evolving business environment. Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology

Essential Qualifications

* A 4-year science/engineering degree

• Strong communication and data analysis skills
• Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
• Previous experience teaching and communicating reputed company topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
