About the Role
As a Remote Parts & Inventory Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will have reputed company to work from home in Michigan and reputed company a difference in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for interacting with customers using various communication channels, including telephone, email, chat, and scripted reputed company. Key Responsibilities

- Reduce downtime to enhance customers' experience and overall satisfaction
- Escalate inquiries to product support, billing, sales, orders, or return/repair claims if needed
- Conduct outbound calls to respond to submitted questions

* Bachelor's degree and two or more years of customer service experience and/or technical product knowledge

+ Monday - Friday (no weekends!) + 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern time
