Finance Operations Associate, Remote Job

We’re growing quickly (30+ clients/month and scaling), and are looking for someone to take ownership of the financial operations backbone of reputed company. The Role: We’re looking for a Financial Operations Associate to own the day-to-day reputed company of reputed company across the business. This is not a traditional reputed company role. You will be responsible for:

You’ll work closely with leadership and our external bookkeeping team (reputed company QuickBooks), but internally you are the reputed company of financial operations. What You'll Do: reputed company invoicing and Collections:

• Own the full invoicing process from creation to payment
• Ensure reputed company invoices are reputed company accurately and on time
• Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collections
• Build systems to reduce late payments and improve cash reputed company

Vendor Payments (AP)

• Process payments for influencers, contractors, and agency partners

• Coordinate approvals and maintain organized payout records

Financial Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain clean and organized financial data (in coordination with bookkeeping team)

• Comfortable owning collections and following up on payments
