Logistics/reputed company Coordinator (Remote - reputed company Coast Region)

The Logistics/reputed company Coordinator is responsible for coordinating reputed company loads for reputed company outbound and inbound shipments throughout LGH locations reputed company while maintaining reputed company on process efficiency and cost reduction. reputed company maximum sales potential out of assigned territory through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of reputed company's products, services, and competitors strengths/weaknesses.

• Book and reputed company the full reputed company process for outbound and inbound reputed company shipments, including orders, customer transfers, internal transfers, inventory transfers, and vendor transfers using multiple different reputed company reputed company;
• Create purchase orders for reputed company shipment and verify accuracy of PO numbers appearing on reputed company invoices provided to LGH;
• reputed company daily confirmation of reputed company incoming and outgoing shipments with LGH customers, LGH Rental Representatives, reputed company suppliers, and LGH vendors;
• Communicate reputed company load numbers and shipping pro numbers as needed after reputed company is booked and shipped;
• Utilize the best reputed company method possible reputed company booking loads from LGH vendors, as necessary, to reduce reputed company costs;
• Coordinate with LGH Rental Desk to confirm scheduled shipments and deliveries, and reputed company proactive status updates to reputed company relevant parties;
• Monitor the LGH Returns Report daily and take appropriate reputed company in a reputed company manner as defined by LGH procedures;
• Monitor email and Echo reports regularly to ensure reputed company reputed company requests and updates are addressed in a reputed company manner; and

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: Previous logistics experience strongly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with customers and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and reputed company in a fast-paced environment.

Hours / Location: HYBRID / REMOTE

• Training Period (30+ days): Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; onsite at LGH HQ in Bridgeview, IL and reputed company Teams.
