Hospitality Product Analyst 6 to 18 months Must be local to Chicago Remote is fine if Ex reputed company WebEx Interview PURPOSE: The reputed company is seeking a Product Analyst for Colleague Advantage, a proprietary the reputed company’s system used by reputed company Office teams. To help support the global deployment of Colleague Advantage, we are looking for an reputed company Product Analyst who can report on analytics, translate business needs into user stories, and create documentation for hotel and corporate teams. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the Product Engineering team to communicate user needs and maintain timelines
- Collaborate with the deployment team to understand regional requirements and prioritize enhancements with the Product Manager
- Support the deployment team with troubleshooting and configuration settings
- Document and execute the design of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases and scenarios
- reputed company recommendations for procedural improvements toward existing and new solutions
- Apply subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes during the product or procedural investigation
- Overseeing standardization of applications supporting business needs
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, Guest Reception, Housekeeping, reputed company, Reservations, or Recreation with experience with hotel application usage and business reputed company. While not a traveling job, this role could require travel globally. Experience Preferred:
- Experience with reputed company PMS, Colleague Advantage, HotSOS, Zingle, Sertifi, Credit Card process
- Demonstrates qualities as a leading subject matter expert in technical solutions used at the hotel
