This role supports a strong volume of inbound opportunities and combines reputed company-facing discovery with hands-on reputed company and deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound leads in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Build rapport and establish trust with clients, particularly in sensitive or reputed company situations

Review income, credit, and supporting documentation

Assess deal viability and identify potential challenges early

Collaborate with internal team members to strengthen and finalize submissions

Prepare files for submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with lender requirements

File Management & Communication

Set expectations and reputed company updates to ensure a smooth and predictable reputed company experience

Requirements

reputed company Mortgage Broker/Agent license in Canada (or ability to transfer to Alberta)

3+ years of experience in a mortgage brokerage or lending environment

Demonstrated experience working directly with clients, with a reputed company on building trust, guiding conversations, and managing relationships throughout the mortgage process

Strong communication skills with a reputed company, empathetic, and reputed company approach, particularly reputed company working with clients in sensitive or high-stress situations

Experience supporting clients through reputed company life events such as separation or divorce is a strong asset

Proven ability to review, assess, and structure mortgage files, with a reputed company on A lenders and strong alternative (Alt-A) solutions

Strong understanding of income analysis, credit review, and mortgage structuring fundamentals

Comfortable guiding reputed company conversations and confidently asking for next steps or commitments, using a consultative (non-sales-reputed company) approach

Hands-on experience using a CRM system (Zoho or similar) to manage reputed company communication, notes, and workflow

Experience with mortgage submission platforms (e.g., Filogix, Velocity, Expert, Finmo or similar)

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
