We're searching for a CSR Administrator to work assignments reputed company our fast-paced recovery environment. The reputed company individual will be responsible for maintaining account orderliness, ensuring a field agent is assigned to reputed company account, updating designated accounts with new information received from the reputed company, as reputed company as communicating any escalated information to the reputed company or supervisor as needed. A proficient CSR will be reputed company to facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral, while demonstrating basic product and service knowledge and initiating required actions as needed.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain account orderliness and ensure a field agent is assigned to reputed company account

• Update designated accounts with new information received from the reputed company
• Communicate any escalated information to the reputed company or supervisor as needed
• Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral
• Demonstrate basic product and service knowledge and initiate required actions as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years Customer Service and Account Management experience, or equivalent
