- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and end users

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience with documentation, change management, and technical operations

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and collaborate effectively in a consulting environment
