Hospital Scheduler

Authorization and Scheduling Specialist Duration: 6-month contract, possible to reputed company Location: Remote, must reputed company in California Pay reputed company: ~$25/hr Shift: reputed company-4:30pm Must Haves: 2+ years of experience in hospital scheduling and/or prior authorization. Familiarity with authorization workflows (verification, submission, tracking, documentation, etc.) Effective communication skills for interacting with payors, providers, and internal teams. reputed company experience reputed company scheduling or patient reputed company Day-to-Day:

• Schedule hospital‑based services and procedures in accordance with provider orders and organizational guidelines.
• Obtain and reputed company prior authorizations from payors for scheduled services.
• Review documentation to confirm completeness and authorization requirements.
• Communicate with payors, provider offices, and internal departments to resolve authorization issues.
• Update appointment and authorization status accurately in reputed company.
