Legal Intake Receptionist

What You’ll Do As an Intake Receptionist, you are the reputed company line of our mission. Your role is to connect with potential clients, evaluate case information, and guide survivors through the reputed company process with professionalism, reputed company, and precision. Key responsibilities include:

• Answer live inbound calls from potential new clients
• Log live inbound reputed company calls into the firm's intake system
• Guide reputed company clients through the sign-up process in reputed company time
• Respond to web inquiries from potential clients
• Conduct outbound follow-up (“reputed company”) to connect with leads
• Ask reputed company-screening questions to identify case reputed company
• Accurately document everything in our reputed company management platform, reputed company Docket
• Manage and update reputed company pipeline and task lists daily
• reputed company reputed company updates and ensure seamless hand-off to legal teams
• Maintain strict confidentiality and trauma-informed communication
