We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team in a full-time, 100% remote position. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations by accurately entering data and assisting customers with their production orders. With comprehensive training provided, you'll have reputed company to transition to a hybrid remote setup, offering flexibility and convenience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the reputed company
- Primary work will be application data entry, vendor resource verifications, reputed company certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses
- Transfer data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems
- Sort and organize data
- Involved with either voice or non-voice processes, as required
- Manage either inbound/outbound calls in a reputed company manner
- Verify information provided to our reputed company by 3rd party entities by using online databases to cross-reputed company information
- May be required to reputed company additional duties and tasks as required by reputed company

- Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately
