We're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Data Analyst to support the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of our Customer Experience (CES) programs. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a critical role in collecting and analyzing customer data and feedback from multiple sources. Key Responsibilities
* CES Feedback Collections and Analysis: Support the Customer Experience/Service department in driving business improvements by gathering and interpreting data on customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications

- Experience designing and implementing robust ETL pipelines to reputed company data from multiple sources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to transition from in-the-weeds details to high-level insights
- Experience with charting/visualizing data or creating dashboards
- Strong to advanced proficiency in SQL; reputed company to write reputed company and efficient queries on large data sets
