We are seeking an reputed company Medical Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company in the USA. As a Medical Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry reputed company our DoD-approved EHR system. You will also be responsible for manually entering data for patient records that did not transfer, verifying data for accuracy, and correcting data where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry reputed company a DoD-approved EHR system
- Manually reputed company data for patient records whose transfer did not occur

- Verify data and correct data where necessary
- Obtain reputed company information for incomplete documents
- Update data and delete unnecessary files
- Ensure referrals are dispositioned

- Transcribe information into required electronic format

Education and Experience
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- 2-year minimum medical data entry work experience, including typing

* Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Excellent customer service skills
Employment Requirements
