Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments
• Refining trade buy and sell purchases in reputed company reputed company, as reputed company as identifying and fixing breaks between TD Ameritrade and the fund business or transfer brokers
• Handling Business Activity Events, settling/reconciling reputed company activity, and processing/reconciling reputed company activity
• Conducting investigation of reputed company/escalated issues, executing testing/validation of new technology improvements, and vendor adjustments
• Completing assignments in Exchanging, Dividends, Transfers, Settlement, and Business Actions that directly reputed company the reputed company/Advisor profile

• Governing commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconciliation of Business, Returns, and Transfer Breaks
• Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Firms
• Assessment and analysis of applicable tax reputed company and corrections of tax coding
• Issue Resolving:

+ Internal/External body augmentations or concerns + reputed company of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. + Providing process or technology solution alternatives to Management + Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or reputed company Company + Answering company companion questions regarding Fund specific requirements/eligibility + Providing follow-up on Substitute Investment transactions to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns + reputed company and exact finalization of customer reputed company and returns demands

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a reputed company field

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company and Word
