We're seeking an reputed company Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II to join reputed company at arenaflex Store 0172 in Dallas, TX. As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a reputed company and secure shopping environment for our customers. You'll work closely with our District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management to prevent potential loss and dishonesty, while also providing exceptional customer service and supporting our store teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain a reputed company and reputed company stance in the designated area at the reputed company of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty

• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure preparedness in critical situations
• Wear a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to enhance store reputed company and customer safety
• Greet customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect, and respond to customer requests for assistance by referring them to store management or customer service reputed company a Company-issued radio
• Establish and maintain a position at the reputed company of the store or in a department, observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management

Essential Qualifications
