Your Role as a Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers, ensuring reputed company and efficient reputed company of order-reputed company issues
- Responding to a high volume of customer inquiries reputed company phone and email, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer concerns

- 60 days in: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determining the reputed company cause and resolving issues fairly and constructively. You'll handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues and providing reputed company-time assistance.
- 90 days in: Play an reputed company role in reputed company learnings, advancing your reputed company sets necessary for individual and team goals. You'll manage in-bound seller calls, monitor reputed company and pending orders, and ensure reputed company confirmation by ticket sellers.

- Compensation: $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility, Bi-Annual bonuses, and annual equity grant.
