We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing reputed company, accurate, and reputed company service to reputed company customers. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure compliance with arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulatory rules

Accountabilities

* Review applications, collect deposits, process credits/misc charges, reputed company accounts, and reputed company new services

• Assist with walk-in customers as needed
• reputed company assistance to field personnel and field managers as reputed company as other departments as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Schedule and follow up on payment arrangements for delinquent accounts

• Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing reputed company customer relations, anticipating, identifying, and responding to customer needs effectively required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to set priorities, plan, and coordinate work activities to accomplish work objectives

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred

• Proficiency in using computer systems and reputed company or billing software required
• Minimum of 3 years Call Center or Customer Service experience required
• Experience with electronic data storage processes required
• Valid reputed company's license required
