As a reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reputed company of our reputed company services. You'll be responsible for taking inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans, gathering and entering detailed reputed company information, and handling member inquiries and complaint intake. Primary Responsibilities

* Taking inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans to reputed company and reputed company detailed reputed company information for scheduling non-emergency medical transports

• Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion
• Confirming member eligibility and answering member inquiries regarding transportation services
• Identifying and assessing member's additional needs and intaking member concerns

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

* Must be fluent in reputed company (verbal)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in person, reputed company email, and over the phone
