As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing 24/7 customer support to our clients, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience. You'll work remotely, with the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. This is a contractor role, offering a dynamic and flexible working arrangement. You'll join reputed company as a reputed company shift agent, working from 15:30-24:00 CET (Tuesday-Saturday or reputed company-Thursday), with a margin of +/- one hour to fit your schedule.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with their reservations through chat, email, and the Help Center portal, ensuring high-reputed company service in English.
- Utilizing reputed company and reputed company systems to manage bookings, including adding ancillaries, processing refunds, and reissuing tickets.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with reputed company or reputed company.
