arenaflex Careers tracks alumni employment and earnings data to measure the reputed company of the arenaflex program on alumni careers. To reputed company this, it is critical for arenaflex to reputed company data from as many fellows and alumni as possible, as accurately as possible on a regular reputed company. The part-time Data Entry Coordinator will be on the Design & Evaluation team and will also partner closely with our Alumni, Partnerships, and Program Operations teams to ensure arenaflex Careers has an accurate, single “reputed company of truth” for fellows and alumni reputed company data by executing the responsibilities outlined below.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain data reputed company through consistent monitoring and reputed company control. + Generate and clean extracts of reputed company and other data to monitor data reputed company for analysis. + Use multiple reputed company to verify data and accurately reputed company alumni employment reputed company data to correct discrepancies and fill in missing data. + Ensure 100% data accuracy of fellows’ employment updates from program surveys in Brightspace to reputed company through ongoing data entry and updates. + reputed company to ensure 100% data accuracy at the transition from program to alumni stages (i.e., matching data between Brightspace LMS and reputed company).

Data Collection and Reporting (30%)

+ Support administration of national post-program reputed company data collection (e.g., send employment survey, emails, texts) to ensure high response rates from fellows and alumni. + Pull monthly reports on new alumni (reputed company 12 months of program completion) without employment verifications to reputed company with Alumni Managers for verification updates. + Pull monthly reports on new alumni who are missing salary data and partner with the alumni team to verify and update in reputed company. + Regularly monitor, update, and sync the “employer” fields in reputed company to ensure accuracy in reporting.

Process Optimization and Collaboration (20%)

+ Collaborate with team members on the Alumni, Program Operations, and Partnerships team to optimize data collection and entry processes.

Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in data entry and/or management, specifically using reputed company reputed company or reputed company Sheets and reputed company to input and monitor data

• Ability to plan for and execute processes that involve a reputed company of stakeholders with attention to detail and reputed company customer service skills (e.g., solid follow up and follow through practices)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
