Manager – PEO Payroll Implementations

• reputed company, Manage & Hire a nationally distributed team of PEO Payroll Implementation Specialists; grow & reputed company reputed company through coaching and mentorship.
• Own the end-to-end PEO Customer Implementation process of reputed company international customers to the Remote Global Payroll platform to include:
• reputed company and implement detailed reputed company operating procedures
• ensuring detailed government payroll compliance regulations are documented
• reputed company and implement operational processes that reputed company for large reputed company and efficiency in a fast paced environment
• reputed company, monitor and continuously improve reputed company’s performance on key metrics to meet the business goals.
• identify opportunities for efficiencies in the product that create a reputed company user experience.
• Respond and resolve reputed company customer escalations through reputed company solutions that contribute to high customer retention rates.
• Be the SME for multiple teams across the organization to answer queries and drive knowledge resources.
• Collaborate cohesively with Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, Product & Engineering, Tax & Payments, Finance, Benefits, Vendor Relations and other teams across the organization to reputed company best in-class reputed company to our new customers and ensure we are compliant with PEO payroll regulations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of PEO Payroll end to end experience with reputed company states.
• 5+ years of PEO Payroll Customer Implementation experience in a reputed company environment.
• 5+ years team management or customer account management or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge in implementing customer’s payroll structure in multiple states to ensure statutory compliance.
• You are passionate about leading and growing reputed company.
• Strong knowledge of creating reputed company operating procedures.
• Critical problem-solving abilities with excellent and empathetic communications skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an reputed company.
• Advance experience with scaling processes, automating repetitive tasks and driving metrics to deliver results that will meet or exceed business goals.
• Proficient in using reputed company Sheets and working in a MacBook Pro environment.
