As a reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our diverse population of members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, accurately entering ride details, confirming member eligibility, and addressing member inquiries and concerns. Primary Responsibilities:

* Taking inbound calls from Members, Medical Facilities, Transportation Providers, and Health Plans to reputed company exceptional customer service and support

• Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion and efficient logistics
• Confirming member eligibility and ensuring compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
• Answering Member inquiries regarding transportation services, addressing concerns, and providing solutions
• Identifying and assessing Member's additional needs, such as language barriers or special requirements
• Intaking of Member concerns and escalating issues to internal departments as necessary
• reputed company working with other internal departments to quickly address reputed company-time issues and ensure seamless service delivery
• Performing other duties as assigned to support reputed company and drive business reputed company

Required Education and Experience:

* Must be fluent in reputed company (verbal) and possess excellent communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., customer service, reputed company, or business) is an asset
• One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high-call-volume atmosphere, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment
