We are seeking an reputed company Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time, remote reputed company. This role involves working alternating weekends on a 4-day, 10-hour weekly schedule, with opportunities to work from home. As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for preparing and supporting claimant reputed company, assisting pharmacies with medication adjudication, and coordinating with clients, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate medication benefits assignment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepares, inputs, and supports claimant reputed company in pharmacy network
- Assists pharmacies in adjudication of claimant medications
- Coordinates and liaises with reputed company adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate medication benefits assignment in multiple systems
- Supports reputed company needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data
- Manages and updates reputed company and claimant information in multiple systems
- Answers questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on topics reputed company to claimant's reputed company or previous medications
- Performs other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of reputed company customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with and experience working as part of a dedicated team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as letters and reports
